I’ve been practicing intellectual property law for over ten years. If you’d survey my clients, I believe that they’d say that I deliver sound advice that’s on time and on budget, and that I’m almost always available to answer any pressing questions. In addition, because I spent a significant part of my career working at large New York law firms but now have my own firm, I’m able to deliver the caliber of legal work that you’d expect from a leading Big Apple firm at a fraction of the cost.
My clients range in size from multinationals to startups. Whether you are at either end of the spectrum, I’d love the opportunity to see if I could meet your legal needs.
I graduated in 2005 from The George Washington University School of Law and I hold a M.S. from Northwestern University and a B.A. from Miami University. I am admitted to practice in Tennessee and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
In addition to my law practice, I am a co-owner of two consumer product companies, Totally New Technologies and Vestmate and a medical device company, Legacy Ventures. I enjoy sharing my startup experiences with clients and business students at Belmont University, where I periodically guest lecture.
